Information we collect
Contact, quote and service forms ask for your first and last name, organization (optional), email, phone number, city, province, message and the topic of your request. You may also provide a machine model, serial number or other details in your message. The newsletter form asks for an email address. Our servers may receive IP address, browser and device information, referring page, request time and basic security logs when you use the site. WordPress may set necessary cookies for site administration and language preferences.
Why we use it
We use this information to respond to requests, prepare and follow up on quotes, provide parts or service support, administer events, maintain website security and improve the site. We use newsletter addresses to send product news and offers only where we have a valid basis to do so. Sending an inquiry does not, by itself, subscribe you to marketing. You can withdraw marketing consent at any time by using an unsubscribe option in a message or by contacting us.
Services, cookies and transfers
The website uses WordPress and Contact Form 7 to process submissions.
